Privacy Policy – Aquarius

Aquarius offers its customers the option to purchase Aquarius devices in installments through the Paymob electronic payment platform, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The service is available to all customers within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The customer must possess a bank card or a payment method approved by Paymob.
The customer may be required to provide additional information to verify identity or installment eligibility.

Installment Options

Various installment plans are available, depending on what Paymob and its partner banks offer.
The customer can choose the installment period that suits them (e.g., 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc.).
Interest rates or administrative fees may vary according to the terms of the bank or service provider.

Liability

Installment approval is granted by Paymob or its affiliated bank, not by Aquarius.
Aquarius is not responsible for the rejection of an installment request for any reason related to the customer or the financing entity. 4. Electronic Payment
Payment is processed entirely through the PayMob platform using a secure and encrypted method.
After successful payment, the order is confirmed by Aquarius, and shipping or delivery procedures begin.

Cancellation and Returns

If the customer wishes to cancel the order after completing the installment process, they must refer to Aquaris’s return policy.
An administrative fee may be added to the monthly installment amount, even with “interest-free” offers.
Any fees or interest charged by the financing entity remain the customer’s responsibility and are not borne by the company.

Aquarius is responsible only for providing the product with the agreed-upon quality and specifications.

Aquarius is not responsible for any issues related to the installment system itself or any delays resulting from bank or PayMob approvals.

Aquarius reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
